Returns

    • Products must be in new condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
    • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Just Tennis.


Exchanges

    • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
    • Exchanges can be made for products of equal or lesser value, or for a product with a higher value with payment of the difference.


Refunds

    • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
