The racquet that teaches while they play. Built with Carlos Alcaraz — Carlitos himself — this is the frame a kid actually wants to pick up, in the same grey and fluo yellow as the Pure Aero he wins Slams with. But the good part is under the paint: a teaching grip with visual and tactile markers that shows small hands exactly where to hold, and stroke guides printed right on the frame. Ultra-light aluminum keeps it swingable for arms that are still growing, and an oversized head with an open string pattern means the ball goes over the net on day one — which is the only thing that keeps a six-year-old coming back next week.
Junior frames aren't shrunken adult racquets. Each length in this line is weighted and balanced for a specific stage of growth, so pick by your child's height first and age second.
Key Features
-
Teaching Grip — Molded visual and tactile cues guide correct hand placement, so grip changes become habit instead of a correction every lesson.
-
On-Frame Stroke Guides — Printed visual aids that help young players learn proper stroke execution and contact points on their own.
-
Ultra-Light Aluminum Construction — From 165g at 19″ up to 230g at 25″. Light enough to swing correctly, tough enough for dropped racquets and fence contact.
-
Oversized Head & Open String Pattern — A big, forgiving sweet spot with easy power — miss-hits still clear the net, which builds confidence fast.
-
Strung and Ready to Play — Every size ships pre-strung. Open the box, go to the court.
-
Alcaraz-Inspired Design — The aerodynamic Pure Aero design language in grey / fluo yellow. It looks like the real thing because it's meant to.

How to Choose
Measure your child's height and match it to the chart above — height is a far better predictor than age. If they fall between two sizes, size down: a racquet that's too long forces a shortened, cramped swing and slows technique development, while a slightly short frame just means a bit less reach. A good on-court check — standing with the racquet held at their side, the head should hover just above the ground without them tilting or reaching.
Who It's For
First-time players through developing juniors, roughly ages 4 to 11. Ideal for beginner group lessons, red/orange/green ball stages, school programs and backyard rallies — and for any young fan who wants to swing what Carlitos swings. Juniors 11+ or taller than 145 cm should move to the Carlitos Junior 26″ or a lightweight adult frame.
